Lynford Martin Parries founded LMP Entertainment in September 2018, after he discovered a need for authentic and professional black entertainment in Central Florida. Not just for audiences, but for artists as well.
Born in Cleveland, OH, Lynford has been in the theater business for over 10 years. He started at the Karamu House Theatre. The nations oldest and longest running African-American theater. Lynford held the position of Outreach Coordinator, where he wrote, produced, and directed plays and productions catered to celebrating African-American culture.
When Lynford moved to Central Florida in 2013, he was surprised at how little opportunity there was for minority artists in the theater community, and as a result, LMP Entertainment was born!
